Law360, New York (September 10, 2012, 4:00 PM ET) -- Trenton, N.J., Mayor Tony Mack was arrested by federal agents at his home Monday morning and charged with corruption for allegedly conspiring to extort payments of more than $100,000 from undercover operators purportedly interested in developing a public parking garage near City Hall.
Mack, 46, was arrested along with his brother Ralphiel Mack, and convicted felon and close political associate Joseph A. “JoJo” Giorgianni, in an undercover sting that began in September 2010, two months after Mack took office.
