Feds Appeal NY Judge's Ruling That Poker Isn't Gambling

Law360, New York (September 17, 2012, 4:22 PM ET) -- The New York federal judge who overturned a Staten Island poker purveyor's gambling conviction with his ruling that the card game is a contest of skill — and not gambling — will see his headline-grabbing decision challenged in the Second Circuit after federal prosecutors filed a notice of appeal Friday.
