DOJ Says NYT Reporter Can't Hide Behind Bogus Privilege

Law360, New York (September 17, 2012, 5:18 PM ET) -- In a bid to force a New York Times reporter to testify, the U.S. Department of Justice urged the Fourth Circuit on Monday to follow a recent decision by the First Circuit and find that journalists do not enjoy a special privilege against revealing their confidential sources.
