Former United Rentals CFO Pleads Guilty

Law360, New York (December 14, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- The former chief financial officer of United Rentals Inc. has settled a securities fraud lawsuit brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and pleaded guilty to a criminal charge of filing a false report with the SEC.

Michael J. Nolan settled and pled guilty to the accusations in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut on Wednesday.
