Justices Asked To Decide Who Can Sue Over Verizon Pensions

A class of Verizon pension plan participants challenging the telecom giant in a Employee Retirement Income Security Act case for allegedly mismanaging their pension plan has urged the U.S. Supreme Court to take the case up, saying circuit courts are in “disarray” over whether participants can sue without showing individual harm.
