On Way Out, FERC Commish Urges More Gas Drilling Scrutiny

Now former commissioner Norman Bay helped the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission greenlight several natural gas pipelines before walking out the door on Friday, but he also encouraged the commission to more closely examine the environmental impacts of the U.S. shale boom to inform its pipeline reviews.
