Be Less Skeptical Of China's Patent Enforcement Strength

For a variety of historical reasons, whenever the words "China" and "patent enforcement" appear in tandem, the habitual response is skepticism. This article does not attempt to address those historical reasons or whether they are identified with requisite fairness. Instead, we aim to offer evidence of China's patent enforcement strength from a venue and jurisdiction perspective, and thereafter to call for reconsideration of such habitual skepticism.
