A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday rejected a request by medical equipment rental company Freedom Medical Inc. to enter a final judgment allowing it to seek an interlocutory appeal in its Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act suit against former workers.

A Pennsylvania federal judge on Thursday ruled against medical equipment rental company Freedom Medical Inc. when she rejected its claims that a business launched by a former employee had conspired with others to steal and distribute gear belonging to the company.
