    The operator of several Houlihan's restaurants in New Jersey won a partial victory Wednesday in its bid to toss a collective action alleging that hostesses and food expediters receive tips illegally when a federal judge ordered the suing employees to drop hostesses from the complaint, but to keep the expediters.
