Cumulus Media Inc. wriggled free of a suit accusing it of failing to pay overtime to a part-time radio DJ when a Florida federal judge ruled on Wednesday that only Cumulus' subsidiary, not the corporate parent, was the DJ's employer under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
