    NYC Taxi Drivers Tell 2nd Circ. Suspension Suit Has Merit

    New York City's arbitrary practice of suspending taxi drivers who have been arrested but not yet convicted violates drivers' due process rights, and a district court's refusal to smack down the practice runs afoul of controlling law and can be appealed, the Second Circuit was told Wednesday.
