    Delta Air Lines lost its bid to toss a white former employee's claims alleging the company retaliated against her for participating in a deposition for a race discrimination suit, a Kentucky federal judge ruled Friday, saying the airline failed to show that its motivations for disciplining the worker were not retaliatory.
