The U.S. Supreme Court swatted away three employment cases Monday, including one from a former Comcast worker who claims she was unlawfully denied her full personnel file after she was fired, and two Connecticut state workers' attempt to recoup "agency" fees they paid to a union before the high court outlawed them in its landmark Janus ruling.
