    ADA Suit Against Benefit Fund Trimmed But Not Tossed

    A New York federal judge trimmed but refused to fully dismiss an ex-benefit fund worker's disability bias suit, ruling that while the nonprofit did adjust his work duties to accommodate complications from a pulmonary embolism, a jury could find the worker was fired because of his disability.
