Four male Baton Rouge Emergency Medical Services dispatchers asked the full Fifth Circuit to reconsider bringing back their bias lawsuit alleging that their female supervisor treated female workers better, arguing that the earlier panel decision wrongly concluded that they had not presented severe enough instances of discrimination.
