A former worker for industrial gas manufacturer Airgas USA LLC alleging he was wrongly fired for using legal hemp is planning to fight an Ohio federal judge's dismissal of his discrimination suit, according to a notice filed Wednesday in the Sixth Circuit.

An Ohio federal judge has thrown out a suit by a former worker for industrial gas manufacturer Airgas USA LLC alleging he was wrongly fired for using legal hemp, finding that he had failed to show that the company fired him on pretext.
