						A compressor manufacturer told an Indiana federal judge to toss a worker's claims that the company must arbitrate a grievance over his firing following complaints of his pro-Nazi sentiment, arguing the district court already ruled that the business and a Machinists unit didn't have to arbitrate the issue.

						An Indiana federal judge said Wednesday that a Machinists unit doesn't have to press a fired worker's grievance through arbitration, not because the worker is a Nazi whose rehire bid offends decency, but because neither the union nor the employer wants to arbitrate.
