    4th Circ. Backs UPS In Disability Bias Suit

    The Fourth Circuit on Tuesday declined to resurrect a suit accusing UPS of refusing to accommodate and then firing a supervisor who could not lift more than 20 pounds, ruling that his disability prevented him from properly doing his job and the accommodations he identified were untenable.
