    9th Circ. Upholds Dismissal Of Reddit Child Porn Suit

    The Ninth Circuit on Monday affirmed a lower court's dismissal of sex-trafficking claims against Reddit, finding an amendment to Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act shields the website from allegations that it profits off child pornography because the plaintiffs did not show the platform knowingly participated in a sex-trafficking venture.
