    The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a pair of lawsuits Monday against restaurant giant Brinker International, claiming the company took no action when supervisors at Chili’s Grill & Bar locations in Arkansas and Texas sexually harassed and assaulted teenage female workers.
