    3rd Circ. Asked To Revive Suit Over NJ Counties' Labor Deal

    An asphalt company asked the Third Circuit on Wednesday to block a labor agreement between two New Jersey counties and construction trades councils, arguing that it showed a lower court it was "deterred and prevented" from obtaining work from Camden and Atlantic counties because of the agreement.
