United Airlines workers failed to furnish "basic factual details" to back up their case alleging the airline discriminated against employees for their religious beliefs by requiring a COVID-19 vaccination, an Illinois federal judge said, tossing the suit.

A group of nearly 30 current and former United employees looking to hold the airline liable for the way it's handled its COVID-19 vaccination requirement and religious exemptions must retool their allegations to include at least one viable claim or judgment will be granted to the airline later this month, an Illinois federal judge said Tuesday.
