A former vice president of the contract-analysis company Kira Inc. agreed Friday to a recent temporary restraining order barring him from working for the document-management firm DeepJudge amid a disagreement over noncompete terms, though he further asked the court to cancel impending preliminary injunction hearings and expedited discovery deadlines derived from the granting of the order.
