Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is arguing a New York federal court must send to arbitration a white former executive's claims that he was replaced in an effort to make the company more diverse, arguing the man failed to opt-out of mandatory arbitration within 30 days of a 2020 notice that he acknowledged and signed.
