The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and several food retail trade groups urged the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn a Fourth Circuit decision not to apply an outside sales exemption to a proposed class of workers suing over unpaid overtime, saying the ruling went against six other circuits' positions.
