EEOC Hits Jack In The Box Franchisee With Harassment Suit

A Jack in the Box franchisee allowed a general manager to sexually harass female employees, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission told a Texas federal court Wednesday, alleging that the male supervisor masturbated in front of and groped female workers without consequence.
