A nonprofit health care company and its insurers have reached a deal in a Colorado federal lawsuit over coverage of an $850,000 settlement the company struck with health care providers concerning patient billing, the company's counsel said Thursday.

A health care provider and its insurers must continue their dispute over whether the provider has coverage for a settlement it struck with hospitals over patient billing, a Colorado federal judge ruled, saying there's conflicting evidence on whether the agreement falls under an errors and omissions policy's contractual liability exclusion.
