7th Circ. Upholds Dismissal Of Poultry Workers' OT Suit
A divided Seventh Circuit on Tuesday affirmed a lower court's dismissal of a putative class action brought against JCG Industries Inc. and Koch Meat Co. Inc. by poultry processors who claim they weren't paid for time spent donning and doffing protective gear, finding the employees are not entitled to compensation for those activities.
