Alcatel-Lucent Exits InNova's Email Patent Suit
Alcatel-Lucent USA Inc. on Thursday resolved a patent dispute with InNova Patent Licensing LLC in Texas, ending its involvement in litigation accusing dozens of companies including Google Inc. and Citigroup Inc. of using InNova's email filtering technology without permission.
