R.H. Donnelley Corp. investors on Friday indicated they had reached a $25 million settlement with the company and its directors over claims that they misrepresented the financial condition of the Yellow Pages business to boost its stock before the catastrophic plunge leading up to its bankruptcy.

A Delaware federal judge last week refused to dismiss a shareholder class action alleging executives of R.H. Donnelley Corp. lied about their yellow pages business to inflate the company's stock, then cashed in before it crashed.
