Judge OKs Marine Equipment Price-Fixing Class Settlements
A California federal judge on Monday gave final approval to class action settlements in companion lawsuits over an alleged price-fixing scheme for marine equipment, winding down litigation that has yielded more than $5 million in payouts to purchasers of buoys, marine pilings and other equipment used to protect boats during docking.
