Four Seasons Hotels Ltd. escaped the last breach of contract claim left in a suit related to its management responsibilities at a condo hotel in Miami when a Florida federal judge ruled on Thursday that investors in the condo units could not show evidence of liability or damages.

Four Seasons Condo Buyers Want Ruling On Contract Claims
Property investor Altenel Inc. and others allegedly misled into purchasing Four Seasons-branded condominiums asked a Florida federal judge on Tuesday to grant them summary judgment, saying their condos had wrongly been treated differently than hotel rooms in the same Miami complex, in breach of their purchase agreements.
