Ex-Sara Lee Boss Denies Design Work, Memorizing Secrets

An ex-Sara Lee Corp. plant manager who the company says will inevitably leak trade secrets to rival Tyson Foods Inc. testified Thursday in Illinois that he “had no part” in design work at the facility he oversaw and did not memorize allegedly proprietary machinery settings.
