A Florida federal judge on Friday stood by a $3.3 million judgment against Nature's Products Inc. for breaching contracts with Natrol Inc. controlling the production of Prolab protein powder that was later recalled for being mislabeled as gluten-free.

Nature's Products Hit With $3.3M Verdict Over Prolab Recall
A Florida federal jury ruled Thursday that Nature's Products Inc. owes Natrol Inc. $3.3 million for breaching contracts controlling the production of Prolab protein powder that was later recalled for being mislabeled as gluten-free, while also finding Natrol had breached the contract and must pay $747,000 in damages.
