Anheuser Hit With Trademark Suit Over 'Ultimate Fan' Use
A sports marketing firm dealt Anheuser-Busch Inc. a trademark and unfair competition suit in Louisiana federal court Wednesday over its use of the phrase "ultimate fan" in various Bud Light commercials and competitions over the past three years.
