TRW To Pay Consumers $5.4M In Auto Parts Antitrust MDL
TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. has agreed to pay $5.4 million to settle claims in multidistrict litigation from U.S. car buyers that said it conspired with other auto part makers to fix the price of occupant safety systems, plaintiffs' counsel announced Tuesday.

Yazaki To Pay $76M To Consumers In Price-Fixing MDL Deal
Yazaki Corp. has agreed to pay $76 million to resolve claims brought against it by certain consumers in a multidistrict antitrust class action accusing the Japanese auto parts maker and several others of bid-rigging and fixing prices, according to documents filed by end-payor plaintiffs Monday.

Japanese Bearings Maker Can't Dodge Price-Fixing MDL
A Michigan federal judge on Tuesday denied Japanese bearings manufacturer NTN Corp.'s bid to escape the multidistrict litigation accusing auto parts makers of fixing the prices of bearings, saying NTN was a "major participant" in a similar scheme in Japan, during which time it exported a substantial amount of bearings to the U.S.
