Judge Allows Broadcasters To Amend Complaint Against Aereo
A New York federal judge has allowed broadcasting companies including NBCUniversal Media LLC and American Broadcasting Companies Inc. to amend their complaint against online streaming service Aereo Inc. to include a claim of indirect copyright infringement, saying the proposed amendment won't prejudice Aereo.
