Google, Expedia, Costco Can't Dodge Mobile Patent Suit
A Texas federal judge on Thursday rejected a bid by Google Inc., Costco Wholesale Corp. and Expedia Inc. to escape an infringement suit over a mobile website software patent, overruling arguments that the patent is invalid.

Chrysler Accused Of Lifting Touch Screen Patent
Chrysler Group LLC on Wednesday became the latest target in a spree of patent infringement suits filed in Texas federal court by a patent-holding company that alleges the carmaker is using protected touch screen technology to make its website available on mobile devices.
