Creditor Wants Trustee In Money Centers Of America Ch. 11
The creditor whose contract dispute in part drove casino check cashing firm Money Centers of America Inc. into bankruptcy said on Tuesday that it intends to request either a Chapter 11 trustee be appointed in the case or that it be converted to a Chapter 7 proceeding.

Money Centers America Must Pay Tribe $5.6M In Contract Row
A Minnesota federal judge on Monday granted the Corporate Commission of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe Indians' motion for entry of final judgment against Money Centers America Inc. in a suit over outstanding advances for casino patrons, ordering MCA and affiliates to pay more than $5.6 million.
