VasoNova, CR Bard Settle Catheter Trade Secrets Case
VasoNova Inc. has agreed to settle its claims in California federal court that a unit of medical device giant CR Bard Inc. stole its trade secrets in acquiring catheter technology from a former VasoNova executive, the parties announced Wednesday in court papers.

Bard Beats Contract Claim In Catheter Trade Secrets Fight
A California federal judge on Tuesday wiped out claims of contract inference and unfair competition against a CR Bard Inc. unit but said the medical device giant must face allegations it stole trade secrets when acquiring catheter technology from a former executive at competitor VasoNova Inc.
