    Chem Co. Lubrizol Dodges Antitrust Suit Over Rival Buy

    A Michigan federal judge on Tuesday threw out manufacturer Z Technologies Corp.’s antitrust suit alleging specialty chemical maker Lubrizol Corp.’s acquisition of a rival company's metalworking product line monopolized the anti-corrosives market and drove up prices, finding Z Tech waited too long to bring the action.
