BAE, Carnival Settle Dock Death Negligence Claims
Carnival Corp. and a BAE Systems unit have agreed to settle a suit in Alabama federal court that accused the shipyard owner of negligence after a cruise ship broke away from the BAE dock in 2013, killing one worker and injuring another.
