Fed. Circ. Nixes Stryker's Hospital Bed Patent Win
The Federal Circuit on Friday reversed a finding that Stryker Corp. hadn't infringed on three of Hill-Rom Services Inc.'s hospital bed system patents, ruling that the lower court based its noninfringement decision on erroneous claims constructions, such as incorrectly limiting the term "datalink" to cables.
