Fox News Analyst Beats Arbitration Bid In Contract Row
A New Jersey federal judge on Thursday granted a bid to strike Talk Radio Network Entertainment Inc.'s motion to compel arbitration in a breach of contract suit filed by Fox News political analyst Andrea Tantaros, saying the defendants are in default and therefore had no authority to file the motion.

Fox News Host Claims Radio Co. Breached Contract
Fox News political analyst Andrea Tantaros on Thursday sued radio corporation Talk Radio Network Inc. in New Jersey federal court for breach of contract, claiming TRN made numerous misrepresentations when she signed a contract last year to host a morning talk show that ultimately resulted in lost revenue and damage to her reputation.
