Neb. AG's 'Troll' Appeal Not Frivolous, 8th Circ. Rules
The Eighth Circuit recently ruled that Nebraska's attorney general did not file a frivolous appeal over his order barring a law firm that represents so-called patent trolls from sending demand letters, rejecting the firm's bid to be awarded attorneys' fees for the appeal.

Neb. AG's Appeal In 'Troll' Case Wasn't Frivolous, 8th Circ. Told
Nebraska's attorney general told the Eighth Circuit on Tuesday that he had good reason to file a now-dismissed appeal over his order barring a law firm that represents so-called patent trolls from sending demand letters, urging the court to reject the firm's claim that the appeal was frivolous.
