The Ninth Circuit refused to revive a songwriter's copyright suit alleging the Black Eyed Peas stole the hook of their hit song "I Gotta Feeling" from one of his compositions, saying the evidence doesn't support the songwriter's assertion that the hip-hop group had access to his song.
