Oracle's Micros Systems Settles Computer Techs' OT Claims
Hospitality and retail software provider Micros Systems Inc., which was acquired by Oracle Corp. last year, agreed Wednesday to pay $925,000 to settle a proposed collective action filed in Tennessee federal court that alleges it failed to pay its computer technicians overtime wages.

Micros Systems Hit With Class Action Over Unpaid Overtime
Hospitality software firm Micros Systems Inc. was hit Wednesday with a proposed class action in Tennessee federal court, in which the company is accused of violating the Fair Labor Standards Act, the California Labor Code and California Unfair Competition Law by not paying workers required overtime wages.
