A Texas bankruptcy judge rejected the Houston Astros' request to delay proceedings in an involuntary Chapter 11 that Comcast Corp. filed against a jointly owned regional sports network, saying Monday that the prospects for reorganization were good.

Comcast Can Push Houston Sports Network Into Ch. 11
A Texas bankruptcy judge on Tuesday gave the green light to an involuntary bankruptcy filed by Comcast Corp. against a regional sports network it owns with the Houston Astros and Houston Rockets, rejecting the baseball club's argument that the case was filed in bad faith.
