A Nevada federal judge on Tuesday signed off on a credit-card payment intermediary's settlement of Federal Trade Commission claims over its involvement in a $26 million credit-card scheme, a deal that would see its executives forfeit at least $1.2 million in assets and bar them for life from offering some fiduciary services.
