DOJ Asks To Finalize Terms Of Nexstar-Media General Deal
The U.S. Department of Justice asked a D.C. federal court Tuesday to enter a final judgment requiring Nexstar Broadcasting Group Inc. to sell off seven television stations as a condition of its $4.6 billion acquisition of Media General Corp., a move meant to ease concerns the deal would reduce competition for spot advertising and program licensing.
